Let's prepare the event together
(1) Twitter clerk
It is a promotion job that regularly posts tournament information and event information on Twitter and calls for diffusion. Not only the information of the subcommittee, but also the call of the crowdfunding and the announcement of the ticket sale.
(2) Subtitling staff
About half of the 16 subcommittees have a video distribution part. Ask them to transcribe the video to add subtitles to the video.
(3) Video editor
Ask them to edit the video, such as adding subtitles to the video played in the subcommittee and synthesizing the video of the sign language interpreter. Those who have video editing software are welcome.
(4) Subcommittee ZOOM operator (with practice)
It is a job to switch ZOOM such as moderator, performer, sign language interpreter, character interpreter, etc. in the subcommittee production. It is done using software called OBS. There is plenty of practice.

Watching over at the exchange party (ZOOM breakout room)
During the tournament period, we will set up a breakout room at ZOOM and set up a permanent place for interaction. People who want to interact come from time to time. It is a role to welcome participants there and watch over them so that everyone can interact comfortably. There is also a watch over the panel session. Those who have a personal computer and those who connect from home are welcome.
As a benefit, you can participate in 2 programs for free.

Receptionist at live viewing venue, disinfection staff
A live viewing venue will be set up at Business Innovation Center Osaka . We will screen a subcommittee for those who do not have an internet environment at home. Work such as reception, temperature measurement, and disinfection at the venue. Only here, we are recruiting people living in Kansai. If you don't have a job, you can see the subcommittee.
We will pay 2000 yen a day as transportation expenses.
