Q-Losik Educational Practice-Kansai Student LGBTQ Inter-College Circle Activity Report-
報告文「Q-Losikの教育実践～関西学生LGBTQインターカレッジサークルの活動報告～」
この分科会では、関西でインターカレッジサークルを運営しているQ-Losikから2021年度の活動報告を紹介した。団体の設立経緯や運営内容、課題など、Ｑ-Losikの団体紹介を行った。Ｑ-Losikの活動内容の一つである講師依頼（児童生徒や小中高の教員向け）を主に紹介した。具体的な講師依頼の受け方や講演会までのスケジュール、講演内容、学生の私たちだからこそ伝えられることはないか？を重点に講演を行っていることを話した。Ｑ-Losikの活動実践は各大学のＬＧＢＴＱサークルやユース団体の活動を新たに設立したい人向けに参考になる内容ではないかと思われる。質疑応答では「小学校への講演は考えているのか」「児童生徒の個別相談については考えているのか」等、Ｑ-Losikにとってよりよい活動につながる質問があった。また、Ｑ-Losikの学生が送っていた学校生活と今の子どもたちが送っている学校生活が変わりつつあり、LGBTQフレンドリーになるように体制が整っていたり、児童生徒を大切に想う教員たちが多くいらっしゃることが明らかになった。分科会を通し、参加者と登壇者がコミュニケーションをとることができ、新たなつながりが生まれただろう。
Q-Losikの共同代表として、今後も学生の強みを生かし、自分たちにできることを少しずつ実践していきたい。そして、LGBTQにとってよりよい社会になることを目指し、実現していきたい。

University circles are changing into a society that is not uncommon. There are also many youth groups. Generation Z is drawing attention as the activities of these young people are expanding. Q-Losik is a student inter-college circle based in Kansai. How is the Incare Circle working? Check if you are interested!

Q-Losik was established as a new organization by connecting five volunteers of LGBTQ circle members of each university centering on Kansai in the wake of the Sekmai Tournament 2021.
One of the characteristics of LGBT circles is that various issues can make activities difficult. We started with the idea of covering such situations and creating a place where we can demonstrate each other's strengths. I would like to continue to increase the number of members and make it a place where I can realize what I want to do. Q-Losik is an LGBTQ + lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer, and other people, as well as Arai (heterosexual, but actively understand the needs and experiences of the LGBT group. I would like to make use of each of my experiences as a person who strives to support LGBTQ + children and students.
Q-Losik's activities have focused on study sessions, exchange meetings (between members), instructor requests (junior high and high school students / school teachers), and video making.
Also, from 2022, we have begun to make plans so that we can create a place for junior and senior high school students.
