That is why this tournament sends a positive message to sexual minorities. It is not about masking the harsh conditions for sexual minorities, but about clarifying and improving the status quo.
We also oppose all discrimination based on gender, race, ethnicity, disability, origin, religion, etc., not just on sexual minority. To protect the safety of participants, we will ask you to leave if you discover discrimination, hate speech, or harassment.
If you see harassment, intervene and stop it or ask your local staff for help. If you actually feel the danger of harassment, please contact the staff or volunteers near you. We will guide you to a safe place.

If you have a hard time, take a break early.
Depending on the subcommittee, there may be group work and discussions, but you are free to participate or not. If you are tired or don't want to talk, you can pass it. Please do not overdo it and participate as much as possible at your own pace.
Four
Respect the remarks and time of others.
Some people believe that they are right and speak. Even if you disagree with the content, please listen to it until the end before you speak. Instead of criticizing each other, please try to have a constructive exchange of opinions.
Deaf people and people with speech disabilities may take some time to speak. Recognize each pace and make sure the next speaker is complete. Be aware that you can use your limited time equally.
5
Don't judge a person's gender visually.
If possible, avoid using gender-specific names such as him / her, and try to call them with "san". If you don't know the name, try to describe the person by something other than gender, such as "person in red".
