Requests to all participants for the online event
Please prepare in advance.
★
Prepare for online holding
● Please participate on your computer as much as possible and update ZOOM.
In the case of mobile phones and tablets, the situation of participation may be different, such as sign language and subtitles not being displayed correctly on the same screen, or limited functions. If you do not have the latest version of ZOOM, you may not be able to use the breakout room function.
● Please prepare earphones / headphones and a microphone as much as possible.
When listening from a computer speaker, the microphone may pick up the sound and cause howling (a phenomenon in which other participants hear what they say many times with a time lag).
● Please participate from a quiet place as much as possible.
The microphone picks up the surrounding audio. If you are attending from a noisy place, you may not be able to hear the voice due to noise when speaking.
● Please check the capacity and speed of the internet.
Since it will be a video distribution, a stable and high-speed connection environment is recommended. If the Internet is unstable, video and audio may be interrupted. Please note that the participation fee will not be refunded even if you cannot connect due to your own environment.
● It is up to you to decide whether to turn on the camera.
There are an unspecified number of participants, and I think that some people may feel uneasy because they do not know what kind of people are participating. Also, the internet may be unstable and you may not be able to turn on the camera. Please decide whether to turn on the camera according to each environment and circumstances.
* For those who want to protect their privacy by turning on the camera
● Please be careful about the display of your name when you participate.
If you are registered with your real name, please change it to a nickname if you do not want to use that name before joining.

Things to note in the online subcommittee
● Mute your voice while other participants are speaking.
When various noises come in from the microphone, the speaker's voice cannot be heard. Basically, only the person who speaks should turn on the microphone, except for limited time such as social time and workshops.
● Please raise your hand and give a signal when you speak.
● Please indicate that you have finished speaking.
Clearly indicate to other participants that you have finished speaking with words such as "That's it", "I'm done", or "Thank you".
● Please use the chat function.
By writing questions etc. in the chat, the subcommittee organizer can take up. If the surroundings are noisy or it is difficult to speak, please use the chat function.
● Fixed screen of sign language interpreter
If you want the sign language interpreter's screen to be displayed at all times, use the pin function of ZOOM to fix it. Specifically, please see here.
● Resizing the screen display
If you want to change the display size, select the left / right display mode from the upper right and move the border to adjust. Please see here for details.
