Exchange meeting @zoom

LGBTQ群衆

Learn, share,
Let's change the world!

★ What is an exchange meeting?

During the exhibition period (1/28 to 1/31, 2/4 to 2/6), ZOOM will be permanently set up as an exchange venue from 11:00 to 19:00 . Please drop in as a place for networking, as a place to share your impressions between breakout sessions and after the breakout sessions.

Immediately after the subcommittee, there are performers and organizers who will come to the exchange meeting, so participants can directly exchange opinions. (Some performers cannot come due to time constraints.)

★ What is it like in ZOOM?

There are several breakout rooms in ZOOM. Feel free to enter and leave your favorite room, such as a room where you can share your thoughts on the subcommittee and a room where you can exchange business cards.

A sign language interpreter will be waiting for 30 minutes immediately after the subcommittee.

Tournament staff are always on hand at the ZOOM main session. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

★ How can I participate?

For those who have purchased tickets, we will inform you of the ZOOM address for the exchange meeting when the tournament is approaching.

If you have a disability or need consideration for communication, and if you have a specific support method you would like, please let us know in advance from "Inquiries".

★ What are the precautions?

Before participating in the exchange meeting, please check " Grand Rule ", " I oppose discrimination against transgender women ", and " Request for holding online ".

★ Wearing a video filter mask

We recommend that you use a video filter mask at the social gathering. You can set the video filter here. This is intended to be fun to create a safe place in accordance with the grand rules.
By wearing a mask, we believe that safety-threatening acts such as taking screenshots of participants without permission will not be performed.

Acts such as taking a picture of a participant without permission and exposing it on SNS will infringe copyright and portrait rights, so if such a thing happens, take appropriate measures with an expert, such as requesting sender information disclosure. If you find a screenshot, please let the executive committee know.

★ I'm shy, but ...

For active exchange, "What was your motive for participating in the tournament?" "What are you interested in?" "How was the subcommittee?" Let's make online interaction real by asking each other like that. We hope that various positions such as experts, parties, parties and experts, and supporters will exchange results and thoughts and motivate them to put them into practice.
