About #LGBTQ+ Conference 2023
The National Conference 2023 (abbreviated as “#Sekmai Convention 2023”), which considers sexual minorities and medical care, welfare, and education, will be held from February 3 (Friday) to 5 (Sunday) and February 10 (Friday) to 12 (Sunday), 2023. It will be held online for 6 days.
Purpose of the coference
This coference is to think about how to make each social resource easy for everyone to use in the fields of medicine, welfare, and education.
What kind of problems do sexual minorities face? Also, what is the current status of initiatives in the medical, welfare, and educational fields? What are the difficulties in that effort? We plan many subcommittees from this point of view and aim to create a wide network of experts and people involved.
We have held 5 coferences so far.

Greetings
The subtitle of this conference, which is the 10th anniversary of the first conference, is "To live comfortably in everyday life."
Large events attract media attention and give people an opportunity to think about sexual minorities, which is very meaningful. However, events alone do not eliminate social barriers for sexual minorities.
Even now, in schools, companies, homes, and public places, we are still overwhelmed with systems and responses based on femininity, masculinity, and heterosexuality. Due to this situation, sexual minorities are exhausted and exhausted every day, and their power to live is reduced. Let's think together about what we can do to improve this situation and make the lives of many people a little more comfortable.
Many medical, welfare, and educators are working on the theme of sexual minorities. We plan to hold about 15 programs as gatherings to share the valuable efforts and results of these individual efforts and brush up our practices to the next level. We hope that this event will create new encounters and exchanges.
