★What is a social gathering?
① 30 minutes after the breakout session
After the breakout session, we will have a 30-minute exchange meeting with a break in between. Please join us as a place to share your impressions, have a dialogue with the lecturer, and network.
② The last day of the first week and the last day
At the end of the first week of the tournament, a networking event will be held on the day the tournament ends. It takes about an hour. Anyone who purchases a ticket can participate.
③ After the tournament, at a later date
We plan to deliver the archive until the end of March. We are planning to set up a day for people who have seen the subcommittee in the archive to share their impressions and interact with each other. The date and time will be announced on the HP at a later date.
*A sign language interpreter is stationed at each location.
★What is it like on ZOOM?
There are several breakout rooms available within ZOOM. Feel free to go in and out of any room you like, such as the room where you share your impressions of the breakout sessions, the room where you exchange business cards, and so on.
Tournament staff are always stationed in the ZOOM main session. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
★ How can I participate?
For those who have purchased tickets, we will inform you of the ZOOM address for the exchange meeting as the tournament approaches.

★Wear a video filter mask
We recommend that you use a mask with a video filter at the exchange meeting. Video filters can be set here. This is intended to make it fun to create a safe space that follows the ground rules.
By wearing a mask, we believe that actions that threaten safety, such as taking screenshots of participants without permission, will not be performed.
Acts such as taking photos of participants without permission and posting them on SNS constitute copyright and portrait rights infringement. If you find any screenshots, please let the executive committee know.
