Report from Nijiiro Q LINE Consultation
~Why LINE? needs and trends

I summarized the necessity of LINE consultation from the consultation records so far. QWRC's LINE consultation is started and the data is aggregated up to 1 year and 4 months. Based on the data, we will introduce what we can read, what kind of needs there are, trends, etc., and give a message to everyone.

[Message from the Reporter] LINE counseling has become a necessary social resource for young people. Presentation ③Ninaru

inclusive exercise facilitiesWhat you can get by operating

Ninaru's initiative, which started in 2019, is to maintain the body, understand gender, and accept various sexualities. Since establishing the studio in 2021, I have met many people through yoga and personal training. One year after the establishment of the studio, we began to see the possibilities of sports facilities. Based on the results of a questionnaire survey of people who find it difficult to access exercise facilities, we will present how we can create an inclusive exercise environment by changing the exercise facilities in the future.

【Message】 Sports facilities are still strongly gender-biased and built on the basis of gender duality. If the number of inclusive facilities increases, exercising should become more fun! I would like to create such an environment with everyone.

Presentation ④New C Team Planning (Accessibility Division)

"LGBTQ+ and Public Transportation" Questionnaire Results

Are you worried about being seen on a bus or train? Have you ever been stared at while riding a train with a same-sex lover? Have you ever been troubled by the lack of an all-gender toilet in a train station toilet? For minorities, public transportation is a situation with high psychological hurdles such as "no escape", "closed space", "with strangers (who may attack)", "spending time together". You can also say. Public transportation and LGBTQ+ are areas that I haven't thought much about until now. Trans people involved in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's Kinki District Transport Bureau's "Evaluation Council for Facilitation of Movement, etc." will report on their initiatives, centering on the results of a questionnaire survey.

[Message] Let's think together about what kind of public transportation is easy for everyone to use, and the role of transportation as a bearer of public space. Please let us know your experiences and requests.

Concerning the Pros and Cons of Recognizing Three or More Adults as Parents

From Western discussions

In recent years, same-sex marriage lawsuits have become a hot topic, and more and more local governments have introduced family partnership systems. In order for same-sex couples to be able to raise their children with peace of mind, it is essential that both parties are recognized as parents. However, at the same time, the standard family is a family with two parents and children, and the system and common sense based on the family view that only two parents have unique responsibilities and rights are inconvenient and unreasonable. Many comments have been made so far. Here, I would like to review the debate in the West about recognizing three or more adults as legal parents. I will report the outline based on the following literature. “Questioning the Norm of ‘Two Parents’ – International Debate on Co-Parenting” (Arita) Shuhei Ninomiya, ed. Support for LGBTQ Family Formation: Assisted Reproductive Medicine, Adoption and Foster Parents Shinzansha

[Message] This panel session is not intended to present solutions or make policy recommendations. Isn't it okay to have this kind of parenting, not just the "three-parent concept"? is a place to discuss. As political movements around LGBTQ are becoming more active, consideration should be given to refraining from bringing radical ideas to the forefront. I would like to avoid throwing a damper on the same-sex marriage movement. However, I wish I could exchange opinions on parenting more freely only in this place. If you are currently raising an alternative child, if you want to raise an alternative child someday, if you would like to support alternative parenting, please share your practice and opinions for a short time.

Presentation ⑥Marutto Inclusive Hospital Implementation Project
Efforts aimed at creating LGBT-friendly medical institutions

From 2020, as the "Marutto Inclusive Hospital Implementation Project", various members, including medical and non-medical personnel, will participate in the implementation of a medical institution where everyone can live with peace of mind. Improving knowledge and creating products for implementation. A typical example of this is the implementation support tool. In order to alleviate the difficulties that LGBT people encounter at medical institutions, it describes specific efforts to make medical institutions a place of “safety,” starting with better support at receptions and outpatients. increase. Based on the "implementation support tool", it leads to actions that even one member can start.

[Message] I personally use the “implementation support tool” to create opportunities for dialogue with colleagues and hold study sessions at my facility. We aim to start doing what we can do on our own, expand it to a radius of 1m, and then expand and deepen from there.

Announcement ⑦ New C team planning (Yoshioka Yuka)
Ventilated classrooms with video teaching materials for learning about SOGI and LGBTQ

"A boy with a pink bag looks like a fag." "You stand out too much for a woman." "Don't cry for a man."This videowas created as a material for discussion when children make such remarks due to the imprinting of gender bias received from society. "Isn't that what you think? I created it with the hope that children who are struggling with life will have a sense of self-affirmation that ``everyone can live as they are'' by asking the question. It is a short and easy-to-use teaching material.

[Message] The first step is to change adults. school changes. I think that this teaching material is an initiative of "human rights" education that values children's lives and livelihoods. I want to talk to you all so that everyone can cherish themselves as they are.

Presentation ⑧Rainbow Jam Mon-chan

Aiming to be an LGBTQ-friendly Christian church♡

Originally, the church of Christ should be a place of comfort for all kinds of people, and it should not become a place where the church gets hurt. We are working to break down the negative image that homosexuality is a sin, and to break down the wall that divides people (especially LGBTQ people) from the God of original great love. In order to become a church that accepts people of various sexualities, we distribute co-created enlightenment leaflets, and at Niji Jam, we make it possible for those concerned to fellowship and worship with peace of mind. We will report on these efforts.

Why is life history sharing important?

~ An attempt to pass down the history of L and leave it in letters ~

“Japan L-Banashi” is a project that invites various “L” people who live their own lives as guests to share their wisdom and courage to live through their personal histories. We have held 20 talk events so far, and have compiled the dialogues into two volumes. During my seven years of activity, I became keenly aware that sexuality is not just about sexual love, but about a way of life. And what is important in preserving history is not only to record the facts, but to tell the story. This time, I will tell you about the purpose of Japan L-Banashi, how to actually proceed, and what the participants and staff gained through this project.

[Message] As an interviewer, I listened closely to the guests' stories, and as I listened to their stories over and over again in order to record their lectures, I was encouraged and finally came out to my parents. I would appreciate it if you could share what we have cherished in making Japanese L-banashi.

Femi climbing club
Feminists still climb mountains today.

From the spring of 2022, a climbing club of diverse feminists, including trans, queer, cis, and hetero, who will tour the mountains near the Kansai region at a pace of once a month. People in their 20s to 50s, with varying mountaineering experiences, who oppose all forms of discrimination, including trans discrimination, face their own privilege and continue to learn, gather here. Making a plan carefully, looking at the map and walking along the mountain trails with cooperation brings a great sense of freedom, and more members than expected are getting into the mountains. On the way, on the summit, on the way back, and sometimes after the descent, with a beer in hand, the ramblings about society, myself, LGBTQ, and feminism are unique to the Femi Mountaineering Club.

[Message] Climbing as an event is good, but I learned the fun of nearby mountain trails where you can descend in 2-3 hours, which is an extension of your daily routine. work hard You decide whether to proceed or stop. Mountain climbing is like a microcosm of life. Would you like to join us in the "swamp" of mountain climbing?
