Let's prepare an event together
(1) Twitter
It is a publicity job that regularly posts tournament information and event information on Twitter and calls for diffusion. In addition to information on the subcommittee, we will also call for fans and announce ticket sales.
(2) Subtitling staff
About half of the 16 subcommittees have a video distribution part. In order to add subtitles to the video, I will ask you to work on the transcription.
(3) Video editor
We will ask you to edit the video that will be shown in the breakout session, such as adding subtitles and synthesizing the video of the sign language interpreter. Those who have video editing software are welcome.
As a thank you, we will give you a free pass (a pass that allows you to participate in all the events of the convention).

Watch over at exchange meeting (ZOOM breakout room)
During the tournament, we will set up a breakout room on ZOOM and set up a place where you can interact several times. From time to time, people who want to interact will visit. It is the role of welcoming the participants and watching over them so that everyone can interact comfortably. There is also a panel session watcher. If you have a computer, you are very welcome to connect from home.
As a thank you, I will give you a free pass.

ZOOM operator (help for breakout sessions)
In the breakout sessions, I am in charge of displaying subtitles, spotlighting the performers, and switching between them. We also ask you to post notifications such as handouts in the chat. Those who have a Windows PC are welcome. I use a software called OBS. Rest assured that we will practice hard. As a thank you, I will give you a free pass.

Reception and disinfection staff at the live viewing venue
Osaka Industrial Creation CenterWe will set up a live viewing venue. A breakout session will be screened for those who do not have an internet connection at home. It is work such as reception, temperature measurement, and disinfection at the venue. Only here, we are looking for people living in Kansai. You can watch the breakout sessions when you are not working. As a thank you, we will provide a free pass and 2,000 yen per day for transportation expenses.
