Since 2013
From the standpoint of an LGBTQ person and childcare worker
Gender equality education and sex education are widely practiced starting from elementary school to middle school and high school, but for some reason, many children already have a fixed gender view when they enter elementary school. How have sex and gender diversity been captured in preschool childcare? While efforts are being made to break away from gender stereotypes such as pink for girls and blue for boys, there has been little change in the trend of tabooing the "sex" of young children. Meanwhile, in 2021, the issue of bullying children with gender dysphoria surfaced. What should we do to ensure that all children, not just LGBTQ children, can grow up freely in their own way without being bound by gender? We will explain the gender issues in childcare, including the practical perspective of LGBTQ people and childcare workers in the analysis.

Recommended for these people!
Recommended not only for educators, but also for those raising children, those in the lecture industry, and those involved in the LGBTQ community! A must-see for those interested in gender-neutral design and representation!
When I chose the title of the play party, "Dog Policeman," I couldn't forget the shock of being forced to dress up as a policewoman in a miniskirt! What are your memories of kindergarten and nursery school? By taking a bird's-eye view of what kind of situation you were placed in as an adult when the LGBTQ anguish began as early as childhood, you may be able to become aware of your original experience of gender. This is not just a story about LGBTQ people, but a story that leads to the difficulties of living in this sexist society. To change the beginning of life. Don't you think it's a field with huge potential? (Executive committee member: Shioyasu)
