A subcommittee will be held again in 2023 to introduce the working situation of LGBT people based on data and present the actual efforts of companies. This year, we will focus on the "people inside" companies, and we will ask them to talk about why they are interested in LGBT policies and how they are working on them.
Three companies from the Sompo Group will be on stage! We will deliver the actual voices of different employees, such as the content of the work, how they joined the company, and their interests.
For what reasons and what are the people who are actually working at companies and those who are thinking about measures? We would like to make it a breakout session where you can listen to the stories of "inside people" that cannot be read on corporate websites and pamphlets, and have hopes for work.
